Whiteouts, storms and resilience
A cold winter evening arrived unexpectedly. In a matter of a few minutes, a soft blanket of fresh snow was lying all over us, as if winter wasn't ready to leave yet. Slowly, we found a safe place to rest, the soft ground became our shelter. And after a while we became one with the landscape. Everything is quiet, only the soft sound of the snow falling and the wind floods the valley. The calm and yet dynamic moment lead me to appreciate the simplicity of life and the importance of keeping your roots embedded to nature.
